Did you know that every piece of plastic EVER made still exists? Different kinds of plastic can degrade at different times, but the average time for a plastic bottle to completely degrade is at least 450 years. It can even take some bottles 1000 years to biodegrade! Plastic wrap *might* decompose a little quicker because it is thinner but scientists really don't know. But there are alternatives to plastic!

I am proud to say that Norwex does not have any of the chemicals listed in the article quoted below!
In the past if someone told me that there was danger lurking at the local Dollar Store I would have thought that it dealt with my over-spending when I shop there. But what if I told you that there are unnamed toxic substances on virtually every item sold there? It made me very, very sad to read the article that I will post a link to below. Some of my favorite hauls from my favorite dollar store are toxic???? Whaaaaat? That is crazy. But then I started doing research on where most of our "cheap" things come from and most of them come to the US from unregulated countries such as China and New Guinea. I don't understand how the US can be so strict on things manufactured in the US yet allow other countries to ship in goods that are coated with toxic materials.
